I have played countless of rounds of chemin de fer. I started working my way into the gambling dens when I was 16. I have played online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a little while. With all that said I have still lost a lot of money at blackjack. The gambling dens have made it nearly impossible to beat the house.

I still enjoy the game and bet on a regular basis. Over this time period I have wagered on a variation of twenty-one called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won’t get loaded with this method or defeat the house, still you will have a lot of fun. This method is founded on the idea that chemin de fer appears to be a game of streaks. When you are hot your on fire, and when you are not you’re NOT!

I wager with basic strategy blackjack. When I do not win I bet the lowest amount allowed on the next hand. If I do not win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand again etc. Once I win I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the original wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I return the wager back down to the original sum.

I am very strict and never back out. It gets extremely exciting at times. If you win a few hands in series your wagers go up very fast. Before you know it you are betting $100-200per hand. I have had fantastic runs a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Luxor a couple of years ago with $750 after 30 minutes using this method! And a number of months ago in Vegas I left a game with $1200!

You need to comprehend that you can lose a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be astonished at the streaks you notice playing this way. Here is a guide of what you would bet if you kept winning at a 5 dollar game.

Wager 5 dollar
Take $5 paid to you, leave the initial $5 bet

Bet 5 dollar
Leave 5 dollar paid to you for a total wager of 10 dollar

Wager ten dollar
Take $10 paid-out to you, leave the first $10 wager

Bet 10 dollar
Leave $10 paid to you for a total bet of $20

Wager $20
Take $20 paid to you, leave the initial 20 dollar wager

Bet 20 dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid to you for a total bet of forty dollar

Bet 40 dollar
Take forty dollar paid to you, leave the first $40 wager

Bet $40
Leave $40 paid-out to you for a total bet of eighty dollar

Bet 80 dollar
Take 80 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $80 wager

Wager eighty dollar
Leave $80 paid-out to you for a total bet of $160

Bet 160 dollar
Take $160 paid to you, leave the initial 1 hundred and 60 dollar bet

If you left at this point you would be up $315 !!

It’s iffy to go on a streak this long, but it does happen. And when it does you can’t alter and lower your wager or the final result will not be the same.
