I have played countless of hands of twenty-one. I started sneaking into the gambling dens when I was 16. I have wagered on online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short time. With all that said I have still lost an abundance of funds at vingt-et-un. The casinos have made it very hard to defeat the game.

I still enjoy the game and gamble on a regular basis. Over this time period I have wagered on a type of blackjack called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get flush with this method or defeat the house, however you will experience a lot of fun. This tactic is founded on the idea that vingt-et-un seems to be a game of runs. When you’re hot your hot, and when you’re not you’re NOT!

I play basic strategy blackjack. When I lose I bet the lowest amount allowed on the next hand. If I don’t win again I bet the table minimum on the next hand again etc. Once I hit I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the original bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I return the wager back down to the original amount.

I am very strict and do not "chicken out". It gets very thrilling at times. If you win a few hands in a row your bets go up very fast. Before you realize it you are betting $100-200per hand. I have had great runs a number of times now. I left a $5 table at the Palms a couple of years back with $750 after 60 mins using this method! And a couple of months ago in Las Vegas I left a game with $1200!

You have to understand that you can relinquish a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be amazed at the streaks you notice betting this way. Here is a guide of what you would wager if you kept winning at a five dollar table.

Take $5 paid to you, leave the first 5 dollar wager

Wager 5 dollar
Leave 5 dollar paid to you for a total bet of 10 dollar

Bet $10
Take 10 dollar paid to you, leave the first ten dollar wager

Wager 10 dollar
Leave $10 paid-out to you for a total wager of twenty dollar

Wager twenty dollar
Take twenty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 20 dollar wager

Wager 20 dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $40

Bet forty dollar
Take forty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original $40 wager

Bet $40
Leave 40 dollar paid to you for a total wager of eighty dollar

Wager eighty dollar
Take eighty dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $80 wager

Wager eighty dollar
Leave $80 paid to you for a total wager of 160 dollar

Bet 160 dollar
Take $160 paid-out to you, leave the original 1 hundred and sixty dollar wager

If you departed at this moment you would be up $315 !!

It’s herculean to go on a streak this long, but it occasionally happen. And when it does you mustn’t deviate and drop your bet or the end result will not be the same.
