Blackjack Is Like A Rollercoaster
Saturday, 11. April 2026
Blackjack is a game that reminds me of a rollercoaster. Blackjack is a game that starts slowly, but gradually picks up speed. As you grow your profit, you feel as though you are on your way to the top of the coaster and then when you don’t expect it, the bottom falls.
Blackjack is so akin to a rollercoaster the similarities are hair-raising. As is the case with the popular amusement ride, your black jack game will peak and things will seemingly be going great for a time before it bottoms out once again. You most certainly have to be a black jack player that’s able to adjust well to the ups and downs of the game simply because the game of black jack is full of them.
If you like the tiny coaster, a coaster that can’t go too high or fast, then bet small. If you find the only way you can enjoy the mad ride is with a fatter wager, then hop aboard for the crazy ride of your life on the monster coaster. The high stakes gambler will love the view from the monster rollercoaster because he or she is not mentally processing the drop as they rush quickly to the top of the game.
A win goal and a loss limit works well in black jack, but very few players adhere to it. In black jack, if you "get on the rollercoaster" as it is going up, that is just great, but when the cards "go south" and the coaster starts to twist and turn, you had better escape in a hurry.
If you do not, you might not find it easy to recollect how much you enjoyed the view while your cash was "up". The only thing you will remember is a lot of uncertainties, a cool ride … your head in the clouds. As you are remembering "what ifs", you won’t clearly recall how "high up" you went but you will have memories of that mortifying fall as clear as day.
